Bundled up for the dreary weather, Reese Witherspoon was spotted making her way around Santa Monica, CA on Monday (January 3).
The recently engaged actress wore a disguising winter cap and shades as she dropped by a friend's house in the west coast locale before continuing forth with the day's agenda.
As for her joyous engagement news, insiders tell that fiance Jim Toth had Reese's Ashoka diamond ring specially crafted jeweler William Goldberg to show how much he cares.
A source told Us magazine, "Jim wanted it to come from him and for it to be completely unique. Reese wasn't with him, because he wanted it to be a surprise. But he knows her style. The ring is classic and beautiful, just like Reese herself."
